Good Service at Reasonable Prices
I have been using Leisure Guard for our Travel insurance for a few years and have experienced good service at reasonable prices. One issue we have just had is that the policy auto renews and the premium is charged to our account 7 days in advance. I missed the email and was surprised to see the charge on our credit card. We wanted to make a change but this was not possible and had to cancel the policy and start a new one again. This was slightly frustrating but Sam in Customer Services was very good in making the necessary system changes over the phone and arranging the new policy.
