Your agents are courteous and helpful BUT the e-mail received prompting payment of the premium is not. Why give a telephone number via which policyholders are unable to make payment? Promises to call back failed twice before a successful outcome. A frustrating waste of time! Don't Leisure Guard like money ... or repeat customers for that matter?
