I claimed
I have been taking out insurance with Leisure Guard for probably 12 years and last year I made a claim. The process was easy with no hurdles just requiring condition reports/rental paperwork before and after event to establish it was a genuine claim and within 10 days settled and paid out 100%. My claim was about £200 but having gone through a process I now feel very confident in this insurance product.

Could not understand the consultant
Could not understand the consultant. This was probably because they are in South Africa, when they unfortunately have to ask you the same id questions over and over at speed. Got there in the end but very laborious- will try to do it on line next time. Quite dreaded having to phone the company.
