I have been taking out insurance with Leisure Guard for probably 12 years and last year I made a claim. The process was easy with no hurdles just requiring condition reports/rental paperwork before and after event to establish it was a genuine claim and within 10 days settled and paid out 100%. My claim was about £200 but having gone through a process I now feel very confident in this insurance product.
