Plus and Minus
Plus: I received full payment covering an emergency cancellation where obtaining the necessary evidence of expenses was difficult. Minus: renewal was long and complicated because it had to be done in person over the phone (premium line?), answering health questions for which I was only partly prepared, rather than with an online form. I also had to give height and weight in ft and stones, that I haven't used for decades!

I was unaware that I had to declare I have healing aids…
I was unaware that I had to declare that I wore hearing aids, I do not class that as a health issue that is going to cause any problems whilst on holiday. Then having to pay an extra £103 on top of my policy was a bit of a shock. `i feel that most people would not even think about saying that wore aids was needed - just like I did.

Completion on a tablet not as easy as it could be
Completing the application on a tablet was not especially easy. The screen for the medical conditions wasn’t intuitive (you needed to press Finish on the warning box before you could input the relevant condition.
