Very easy to use the app
Very easy to use the app, I’m hopeless with technology! The cover seems excellent for the price I paid. My age and medical conditions make insurance expensive for me, but this is affordable. I haven’t made a claim as my insurance hasn’t even started yet, hopefully if I ever need to claim that process will be easy too.

Change to policy details within cooling off period.
I had a great experience with Leisure Guard when I needed to amend the date on my car hire excess policy. The process was smooth, and I appreciated that there was no admin fee since the change was within the cooling off period. The telephone rep was friendly, helpful, and quick to action my request. While everything so far has been positive, the real test of any insurance policy is during the claims process—which I haven’t yet had to experience. One suggestion would be for Leisure Guard to send out surveys after a claim has been made, as that feedback would give a much clearer picture of the policy’s real value beyond the purchase experience.
