Iegends footwear prices are half of what I normally pay for Fitflop flip flops. delivery was also quick. I was very pleased from ordering them to delivery to me and I will not hesitate to recommend Legends footwear to friends and family

Please be careful with the sizes with this company. I bought some trainers recently, the size was marked correctly on the box as 9 as were the shoes. When I put them on initially I thought, these are a snug fit but stupidly continued to wear them thinking that they might stretch. They didn't and after a while I compared them with my old trainers and found that the new ones were quite a bit smaller. Needless to say that when I contacted legend they said that this was an acceptable difference although this was my third pair of the same trainer and I never had a problem before. It's my own fault for not returning them straight away but now I'm stuck with an £86 pair of shoes that I can't wear. So, if anyone has a similar problem with size please return them straight away.

I recently bought a pair of Berkinstocks from this company. Having worn them for less than a month (and approximately a dozen times), the toe bar on one of the sandals came loose from its setting. The sandal cannot now be worn. This was clearly a fault with the sandal. I reported the fault and was told it was ‘wear and tear’ and that no replacement or refund would be offered. As I had only worn the sandals around a dozen times, I appealed against this decision, but the original decision was upheld, alarmingly. Truly appalling customer service. Avoid buying goods from this company at all costs! Shocking service and disingenuous application of and Returns Policy. If wearing a shoe (or sandal) a dozen times is sufficient to deny there being a defect, it is very disappointing (and, in fact, unlawful). Nick Rowe
