I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

It is the first time that I have decided to change my mobile phone provider from EE to Lebara. I was sick to the back teeth of one increase after another. The transfer to Lebara and keeping my number has resulted in success other than a slight glitch with the sim card which was resolved by Vivec Biswas, Not only do Lebara answer the call very quickly but thanks to Vivec they also resolve problems quickly, very polite, very patient.

As an IT disaster I needed someone with patience to help me get started with my SIM and account set up and importing my number etc. I got an impatient CS person who clearly was frustrated by my slowness to comprehend what to do. Remember Lebara not everyone is a child who is a customer of yours.
