Really helpful service
I wanted to change my mobile plan so I called up customer service at Lebara. I spoke to Anurag Tripathi who did an amazing job and gave me a better plan that I was hoping for and gave a full refund of my previous plan. This is the type of customer service you dream of from any company. I am just awed by the care they show to their clients.

I'm in France bued 3GB spend money didn't haven't internet with rouming .Called Lebara couldn't helping fir internet or back return money cancell transactions .Disapointed service

requested a STAC from lebara and two different new providers said it doesn't work. Requested a PAC and lebara returns an error. Tried the 'help' on their website and they make you solve puzzles by having to click on sitting ducks, so I gave up. This provider is NAUSEATING. Never again.

I unfortunately lost my mobile phone at a festival while on holiday. The next morning I phoned lebara and a I got through to Diksha Kirtiwar. They dealt with my issue very quickly and in a friendly manner. They cancelled my sim card and promptly sent out another. Was very pleased with how she dealt with it as it reassured me in a stressful situation. Very pleased.
