Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Adequate content but forced into course and very short timescales
I signed up to this course from a Facebook ad and didn’t realise how involved it would be. I was told I couldn’t change my mind, so was forced into completing the course under threat of having to pay several hundred pounds if I didn’t do it. The timescales were very tight, which meant I just had to plough through the coursework and feel that I didn’t actually learn much - just completed the coursework. The content was adequate, if not a little dis-jointed at times. The tutors were good though, always available, responsive and competent.

Wouldn’t give them any stars
Wouldn’t give them any stars , but l had to so l can put a review on here .don’t order from here l never got my order tried to contact them and they are just ignoring me , don’t know how many time l’ve tried to get hold of someone. I’ve asked for my money to be put back into my account, still no response. Just a big scam .
