Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Course is ok. Assessment platform aweful
Course is ok. Heavy going and the questions they ask and answers they want are very repetitive and tedious.the platform they use forthe assessment is awful though. Can't copy and paste if you prefer to type in a word document. Highlights misspelt words but doesn't allow you right click to correct them. Very frustrating

I did a course with learning curve group and it was the best decision I made. It’s very straight forward and you get given support when needed. All you need is a device that’s accessible to the internet preferably an iPad/laptop, as this makes it easier when doing your assessments. Your assessment period is every 2-3 weeks which I found was do able with dedication. I would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience
I have just completed the level 2 understanding adverse childhood experiences course and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The induction zoom meeting at the start of the course was extremely helpful, the feedback was always within 24 hours of submission, really thorough feedback as well. Cannot recommend it enough!
