I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.
Easy to use, all information you need is provided. Lots of payment methods

I couldn't rate Learning Curve highly enough. I'm on my 3rd course now and everything has been brilliant. I'm always doing CPD but until this last few months had been taking courses at my local college. I can honestly say that I've had more support from Learning Curve than at my college. Always available to help, great selection of courses and friendly, supportive and knowledgeable staff. Truly delighted to have found this company and I will definitely be continuing to learn through them!

Although the certificate itself isn't enough for me to continue with an accredited Level 3 accepted by the cpcab, I enjoyed starting studying this Level 2 in counselling skills with Learning Group Curve; I learnt new things and discovered how counselling was really something for me. Leanne, my tutor, was very supportive, she checked my assessments and gave me a good explanation of what I did well and what I could improve. The curse was funded so I haven't paid anything for it, either. I will continue this journey and I will remember how I started with Learning Group Curve.

Easy to follow course with helpful feedback. Deadlines keep the motivation going and quick marking of modules helps.

This was one of the most convenient ways for me to learn with having to work in between and care for my mum. The materials provided were easy to access and understand, making it easy for me to learn. Being a mature student this was good for me and there was always support provided. Contacting them was always easy and the staff was very friendly, especially if they missed a deadline. They would show empathy and were very helpful. I have learned a lot during my course and grateful I was able to learn about something I have been interested in for a while. Thank you.

Online learning was unsuitable for neurodivergent learners, geared to a very low standard of education. Answers were marked as incorrect despite feedback being that the answers themselves were correct, but it did not show enough variety (which was not made clear in the assessment criteria). Feedback in the first instance was incredibly condescending. Assessments require far beyond the outlined time to study for and complete. A poor learning experience overall, most disappointing.
