Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices

I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.

Amazing

My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Mental Health First Aid L2

I did the mental health first aid course (L2) and was supported perfectly throughout. I ended up having emergency surgery in the middle of the assessment submission dates and they were more than understanding and let me recover before continuing the course with no ill effect or judgement. Feedback and Guidance during the course was excellent and Amanda, My tutor was always very helpful. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Cyber Security

I was very unsure on doing a course as I wasn’t confident enough to believe I could finish it. I have now completed it and feel as though I have the confidence to carry on and that’s all because of this college, most importantly the tutor I had Cathryn, she was very supportive and helped me when needed and encouraged me to keep going. I can’t thank her enough for the support and helping me get the confidence to do it. If I could rate her higher than 5 stars, I would! So for anyone unsure about doing a course, who might lack confidence, put your trust into this college, you won’t regret it

Never too late to learn It has been a while since I studied so…

It has been a while since I studied so was quite apprehensive however, the course was super easy to follow I learnt a lot and the tutors where very reassuring in their feedback- I look forward to signing up for another course

CIH level 3

I needed to achieve a CIH level 3 as soon as possible for advancement in my company and The Learning Curve Group had not only the best price, but very polite helpful staff. Also i could not afford to pay for the course in one payment so they are able to help with 3 monthly payments. Thank you Learning Curve Group.

STARTED MY FIRST COURSE :)

I just finished a six months course from a college in person and I needed to keep up with my education as it is needed for the career I would like to get into. I found Learning Curve Group online after searching and searching and searching and I am pleasantly surprised at how this charity foundation is. I started my first ever course online which is Level 3 Understanding Mental Health and I am really enjoying it so far. There is a lot to it but I am determined to get through it all especially as I have a tutor to help and guide me through each and every unit I complete. The feedback is very polite and really makes you feel proud of what you have achieved so far. It's very encouraging and makes you want to learn more and you feel more motivated too. I recommend this for your learning too!!
