I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.
Easy to use, all information you need is provided. Lots of payment methods

Thank you so much to the learning curve group. They stayed in contact throughout my learning journey and were happy to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend them and will be looking to complete another course in the near future.
I got what I signed on for - online learning, a fast paced course and the corresponding Level 2 Certificate. Following the UK .gov website's recommended links, I: 1) found The Learning Curve Group; 2) signed up for a free course (in an IT related field); 3) passed an eligibility test for FREE learning (the UK.gov website had already informed me that funded courses are provided for free to eligible individuals so I wasn't surprised); 4) completed the official course application; 5) satisfied brief qualifying Maths and English tests; 6) learned about the source of my course funding (mine was funded by the gracious Northampton College); 7) attended induction and met my tutor virtually; 8) began my first assignment with confidence; 9) completed my course satisfactorily after 7 weeks; and 10) received my legitimate certificate about 6 weeks later!
It was great having the option either to do online or written workbook, I chose written workbook, having a guided coursebook helped as well, it was an enjoyable learning experience, you have to put your own words in, not copy, but in all I enjoyed doing it whilst learning at the same time.
Have used LC previously and found them to be great however with this course my work was returned to me 3 times suggesting plagiarism. Tutor was unable to give me suggestions as to how I could prevent this from happening other than redo it. Not very helpful
