Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.

Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Great course and I learned a lot.
The course was well organised, easy to follow, and communication was regular and timely. I had some family bereavement and Learning Curve were supportive and enabled me to have an extension for a section of the course; I couldn't have completed it without this so I am grateful for this. The course itself helped me to understand what neurodiversity is, and what coexisting conditions can be, as well as the difficulties and challenges faced by people with ASD, and what is and isn't helpful.

The course content is great
The course content is great, the support however is pretty poor. The responses I got for my assessment questions were not specific and were clearly a copy and paste excersise. Sometimes my answers were perfectly correct but because they didn't suit the algorithm or whatever they use to identify correctness I was asked to re do my assessments, by which I mean I had to add some waffle that was useless fluff content to make my answers longer. If this were marked properly I'm sure the examiners would have realised that I'd elegantly summised a perfect answer that required no further information.
