I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

I was highly satisfied taking the journey to study with Learning Curve Group. Their comprehensive information was provided in a simple and accessible way which helped me gain the foundation of the IT sector and how it's works from within as well as the terminology used by the coders. I highly recommend LCG as they are always available to help throughout the course.
Highly recommend using Learning Curve for education! Plenty of help from tutors, staff and plenty of flexibility if you are falling behind for time. Really understanding if you need an extension at any point. Will 100% be booking my next course with them.
I would like to express my deepest appreciation for this course. I was thoroughly impressed by the depth and value of the materials, as well as the professional structure and approach throughout. Most of all, I want to share my sincere admiration for my tutor, Miranda Peterson. She is not only a masterful teacher but also a person with a big, loving heart and immense generosity. Miranda helped me tremendously in adjusting my learning experience, and she encouraged me during moments of weakness and self-doubt. My course completion is largely due to her unwavering support and guidance. Miranda is a fantastic teacher and a remarkable person, and I truly enjoyed working with her. It was an invaluable experience to receive feedback from such a professional psychologist. The entire team at Learning Curve Group was also incredibly helpful and cooperative, always easy to contact and ready to assist. Thank you so much! This was one of the best learning experiences of my life!
I could pick it up and put it down when I wanted . The easy learning fitted great with my family life and commitments . I would recommend learning curve for anyone’s future learning .
Great course. Easy to access. Tutor gave great feedback. Unfortunately a three month wait for certificate seems excessive as I can’t get a higher rate of pay till I’ve sent it to my employers. But the course was free!
