I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

The questions where quite well set out and easy to follow and having autisum and ADHD this made it easier for me. Also I had a really good relationship with the support tutor. We had weekly meetings where she went through all the questions I had answered and she pointed out any mistakes that I made and helped me to correct them. She also went through the next week's questions and pointed me in the right direction to figure out how to answer them however I had to ultimately answer them myself. My tutors had friendly and kind natures and I found them easy to get along with. Hazel
Great way to learn and complete training
The course was OK, bit basic but OK. However, despite passing the course in April 2023, I still haven't received my certificate. This is after many many emails and phonecalls over the last year. What a waste of time!
Easy to understand the course material. Assessment is broken down into many questions to ensure that all areas are covered.
The training was really very good the tutor and customer service was help full and guid me through out the course.
It has been a great experience doing some courses with LCG. The courses are very informative, useful and easy to follow. All the staff is brilliant and always very helpful if you need any type of help or information. I am looking forward to doing other courses shortly. Thanks to you all for the help and assistance during my studies.
Paid for 2 courses yet I can't access either and that's after being passed on to 4/5 different purple people
Customer service skills are a joke no one response to phone call just go round in circles with them pass you on and on
