Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.

Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

I was scrolling on FB one day and an advert for a cyber security course came up with Learning Curve Group. I don't have any cyber security experience and wanted to learn a bit of knowledge during the course. Therefore I was attracted to the course due to online distant learning and then signed up. I did not know there was A £125 FEE TO PAY IF I DIDN'T COMPLETE THE COURSE. Nor did I realise I had so much to study and learn in 12 weeks. After completing very very long course assessments, I never got it correct the first time round and I spent countless hours during all times of the day adjusting my answers and catching up as I was behind because of this. LEARN FROM YOUTUBE, IT'S FREE.

The course was constructed in a simple and easy way for you to read and understand. Each section tells you what question it's answering, in that way, you can focus on that segment with the question to be answered in mind. Diagrams were well labelled; there were tables and statistics, which also helps in understand this course.

Uncommunicative, unprofessional and unhelpful
The LCG approached me with interest about offering support, but it took them weeks to reply to an e-mail in order to set up a 1 to 1 meeting, the meeting itself was unproductive and what followed was even more waiting for information. Communication was essentially non-existent as phone numbers went to voicemail all the time, so I decided to cut ties with them which they didn't even seem bothered about.

It is important to people to understand "A milestone in development is the ability a child achieves by a certain age".
This course provided valuable insights into understanding children with disabilities and the ways to support them and their families effectively. I acquired additional knowledge in this course; however, I was unable to locate the L4 course to further my studies on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). I aim to enhance my skills and knowledge in this area. I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of children facing challenging health conditions, including physical, mental, and emotional health issues.
