I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

The support was great but the material was dire. It claimed to educate about autism but the material was twenty years out of date, used the medical model and spoke about autistics in a very patronising and demeaning way. Zero insight due to a complete failure to include genuine autistic voices in the material. As an autistic, reading the material and seeing the awful way that this course trains others to view us was alternately depressing and angry making. It is no wonder we are ignored, dismissed, discriminated against and lose our autonomy when this is what is being used as 'best practice'.
Really happy to further my skills for a childcare position, great access to course materials and links, great feedback, sometimes it was me my motivation with having certain illnesses myself, but I was looking forward to the end result, finally completed 2 courses on the learning curve group and can't fault my 2 tutors Ashley Wells and Victoria seed, I couldn't have done it without you're support and encouragement, really appreciate it. I will highly recommend to anyone who wants to participate in any chosen course that they wish to do. Just go for it, recieved my certificates very happy with the results.
Keep away from LEARNING CURVE GROUP. ALL STAFF ARE NOT COMPETENT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL EITHER. THEY REMOVE YOU FROM COURSES WHEN YOU ARE ENROL ON AND START YOUR MODULES. THEIR ATTITUDE TO CLIENTS IS DREADFUL.
Asked me to do some marking for their housing qualification which I completed on time and to a high standard however then months went by with no payment for the work, when I politely contacted them to query this no one came back to me and I have never been paid for the work - totally unprofessional would never work for them again.

I've decided to review the Chiswick salon after seeing another review about Rubi. Management should look into this. I went there twice. First time she was so rude to me acting all annoyed and defensive because I wanted a last minute root tint, and second time I witnessed her being rude to a student while I waited at the front desk. Not great! The salon always looks dirty and smells like a restaurant.
