Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.

Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

I love to do courses with this company. The assessments are marked in good time so you are not waiting ages for feedback and when you have finished the course it’s not long until the outside company has verified your work. But best of all it’s free and you gain so much information and knowledge

I had a fantastic experience learning with the Learning Curve Group. The course structure was very straightforward and easy to understand. Support was great. I am extremely grateful to my tutor, Bridget, who personally made my learning experience more interesting and provided me with kind and constructive feedback, which motivated me to learn more than required and helped develop further academic skills. I would definitely recommend the Learning Curve Group!

Great experience
Great experience. I have learned a lot. I wish responses were faster. I had an excellent coach who was very responsive. Coach was a third-party tutor, therefore she couldn't answer all of my queries. I was promised that the certificate would be provided within 6 months, which surprised me given how long that is. Overall, I would recommend it since it is a great chance to try something new while also improving your abilities and knowledge for your CV or a new career.
