Extremely Disappointed with their Unfair Practices
I booked a free course with Flexible Learning by mistake, realising almost immediately that it wasn’t the right level for me. I contacted them the very next day to cancel — before accessing any materials or participating in anything — only to be told I’d be charged a £125 “admin fee” to cancel. While I understand there was a clause about this fee for non-completion, it’s completely unreasonable to enforce it when the course was clearly booked in error and cancellation was requested promptly. I didn’t benefit from the course in any way, and yet they’re still demanding payment. Worse still, the course was advertised as free, but this cancellation charge wasn’t made clear upfront. It feels misleading and unfair — and their refusal to show any flexibility or understanding shows a complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Flexible Learning to anyone based on this experience. If you make an honest mistake, don’t expect any compassion — just a bill.

Amazing
My tutor was amazing, patient and knew how to teach! my mental health was not grate when I started but my manager and tutor was amazing and so supportive, I finished level 2 hair dressing and am now onto level 3 and honestly loving it. Definitely recommend! well definitely recommend the camden branch all tutors are amazing kind and patient but in a constructive way. Had the best experience in level 2 hairdressing.

Review of Level 2 Cybersecurity Qualification Course
I love how in depth all the content one, explanations towards the cybersecurity fundamentals. I felt like I understood all the content effectively and efficiently, especially as someone coming from a non-tech background. I highly recommend doing online qualifications with the Learning Curve Group. Not only is the content reliable and useful, but the personal tutors are always available for assistance. I appreciate all the tips and advice that my tutor gave me. This is an experience I will always remember and enjoy, especially through the learning process I undertook with the Learning Curve Group.

Found this a hard course but enjoyable at the same time. Think the finishing times of the assessment closure could be longer. If you are working full time it is hard to meet these deadline.

Course complete
Managed to complete my course, just waiting for my qualification to come through the post. Having deadlines to accomplish helped me keep focus while working at the same time. My tutor gave me helpful instructions should I miss the mark on any of the assignments questions. Completed within 6 weeks with times to spare should I need to adjust my answers, good amount of urgency to keep me interested and not feel overwhelmed.
