Disappointment and Dishonesty

If I could give them no star, I would. They lied about what the system would do and then have terrible customer service. Good luck getting a hold of a person who can truly help you. I called the customer service number and got a scheduler who scheduled someone to come out TWICE and no one showed up. I finally got a someone here and they proved the system is not helping my water one bit. It is still very salty and tastes terrible. Despite the test results proving the system is bunk, I have not been successful yet in getting a refund and the system removed. The one guy I can get a hold of just keeps telling me different excuses (recent change in leadership, management only makes decisions on certain days, lost my claim on a regional level, etc.) I still have hope they will remove the system and refund my money. I'm a single mom. I didn't really have the money to spend in the first place but I needed good water for myself and my kids. I have been buying my water for months now....all the while having the Leaf System sitting in my basement doing nothing. Update- proposed resolution was to try to sell me an at-cost reverse osmosis system so my water would taste better. Um. No. So I have to spend more money so my water is good to drink which is what the first system was supposed to do. I’m so frustrated.
