We had the system installed a few months back when we moved in and it has yet to work properly for more than a few weeks. We have had countless service calls and the multiple pieces of equipment repair or replaced. I’m just very disappointed in the over all effectiveness of the product. Update: 10/19/24 Still not working. Multiple calls to the service department with NO response. At this point I’m contemplating asking for a full refund and just trying to return the whole system and find another company who will actually live up to their promise. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT.
This company is terrible. They are snakes in the grass. We got a system only work for a month. Since May we had been dealing with trying to get it out of my home. Want it out of my home. They will not call back or let us return the system. Please don't use you will be sorry

Called for service appt and was told I would be called back with an appt time and date. I was not called. I called back and was told the service techs are 4 days out and maybe even longer so there was no telling when I would have a service date. So my system is not working and I can’t get anyone to come out and fix it in a timely manner. Not good service in my opinion.
Water is slimy. Water taste is not good. Informed Leaf Home System but no resolution yet.

Sales presentation wasn’t pushy. Installation was quick and easy. RO system fits nicely under the sink and dispenses well.

They pay to have their Google reviews all be 5 star. I contacted them for info. Continued to get 3-5 calls and 3-5 texts every day for weeks until I made an appointment. Made an appointment. The salesperson was nice enough but couldn't answer my questions. Said there was a 7 year warranty. It's only a 1 year warranty. They installed a whole house filter and softener. Put a few extra holes in the wall for some reason. The installer was irritable and was smoking in my garage. All I got from our "conversation" is that I'm supposed to put salt in the container every 2 months. They didn't even fill the container with the proper amount of salt. Paid 5000.00. Tried calling their "customer service" number and spoke with a woman who said "this cannot be happening". "Someone will call you back". No one called back. Just beyond pitiful experience with these people. I was then required to sign a form saying that everything was perfect. So tired of companies like this. :(((
From a lying salesman to an unprofessional installer? I don't know you tell me. The salesman went to great detail to explain how we didn't need a "saltwater system". To our surprise on install day we got a saltwater system. We also got an installer who was a sub-contractor that was very rude and couldn't talk without use of the "f" word. He got the system installed but left the drain line just lying on the floor of the utility room and under the door so that it was being pinched when the door closed. It could not drain. After 3 calls to customer service, I still have not received a return call, even though I was told the issue had been escalted to upper management. I took care of the drain line myself at my own expense.
Clearly at some point, someone sold my information to this company and they began calling me at least once everyday. I blocked the number every time but they would just call from a different number, always still coming up as “Leaf Water”. This went on until I filed a complaint with BBB. I was informed by the BBB that the company had agreed to add me to their do not call list, and the calls stopped. Almost immediately after that, my phone began blowing up. I have up to thirty calls a day. I block all of them, but it never stops. Admittedly I can't prove anything in this regard, but it seems obvious that to spite me, they sold my information to massive amounts of scammers. This has been the most absurd level of harassment I've experienced since I had a literal stalker. I don't know if this company is just run by sociopaths or what, but I'd encourage you to not give them your business. There are endless complaint against them to BBB, yet they have an A+rating. It's very suspicious. Google Leaf Water Home Solutions harassment/scam, and you'll get A LOT of results.
Lie,lie lie. Said no filter lied has filter.said no maintenance has yearly maintenance, Said can buy on line bulb for u v lie if you do no warranty. Said you could install bulb on your own lie no warranty if you do. Lied Said rebate check in 7 days for lies no check after11 days.

I had no follow up, which seems strange because of the amount of money I spent. My water tastes of salt which can’t be healthy.
Mixed up appointment for installation. Came next day. Was promised install in morning. Crew arrived late afternoon. Left without leaving user manual or explaining the set up.
Julio Rivera did a great job with keeping us with water as quick as possible. The job is very professional and equipment look good. Julio went the extra and made the outside drainage disappear instead of flooding the grass. Cheers Julio!
