1. The sale man said the production is a lifetime warranty, but it's only 7 years; I called him but no answer, and he didn't reply to my voice mail either; 2. The installation guy didn't check if the nearest power worked, so he used a power line connected to the inside of the house, which was not what we expected. He left the wire plugs on the ground which must cause a shortage when it's raining; He also didn't check the water pressure. The little water pressure prevents us from bathing at home for one week;

Salesmen never addressed the reduced slow flow as part of his sales pitch before I purchased under sink RO unit. He did say that I needed a certain minimum water pressure but he did not talk at all about the reduced flow rate. I may have thought twice about the purchase had I known. I already had a Zero Water countertop unit in place and it is essentially an RO unit but I didn't have to Pay $1,500.00 for it!!!

The salesman named Kyler Gross stopped my house to do a consultation for RO and softener on Sep. 30th. He told me I had to call the electrician in order to install an outlet on the side of my house for the softener system because the system could not be installed in the garage. I then called the electrician number recommended by Kyler and it cost me $800. However, on the day of installation, the installer told me we were able to put the system inside garage which indicated I spent $800 unnecessarily. Kyler was the person who made false selling. I did not blame him even though I was very upset. I spoke to the install manager Thomas, he agreed to take half of the outlet installation fee off from my quote which was fine and I said ok with it. The installer Torian was professional and polite, he answered all my questions as much as he could, all good. Soon after installation, my dad found out that all water in our house are softened which does not contain enough calcium or magnesium. He insisted such water will cause health issue in a long term so we decided to make a cancellation. I then called Thomas the install manager again to request a cancellation. From that point on, he began to ignore my communications by not answering phone calls or messages at all. Both the install manager Thomas and salesman Kyler ignore my inquiries and concerns, they stopped communicating with me. What happened next is pretty obvious, the local sales manager called me and told me I have passed the three day cancellation policy, no way for a refund. The local sales manager explained to me how they could work this around by providing me remineralization filter to my RO system. Yet, no updates, no clarifications. To summarize, I did not have issues with the products, so far they are doing fine. It's the poor communications and bad post-sale services which make me frustrated.

Great experience. The person that came in was nice and very professional. Water installation was installed with no problems and everything was clearly explained.

Instalation partially done on 9/16. Call multiple times to service to have work completed. Promised return call by end of work day to set up service call. Never received return call. Contacted salesman, he was able to contact have work completed on 10/5.

Why did your company check financing with so many banks and loan companies ?

We felt that Paul Wagner did an excellent job in evaluating our water, explaining the importance of using a system to improve our water quality, offering a comprehensive system that also includes financing. We are very pleased with our results. I was also pleased with the customer service group for promptly scheduling, and our installation was very professionally completed, throughly explained and the work definitely showed a great degree of skill. We could not be more pleased.

From the First Gentleman I scheduled an appointment with till Lenny and Stockton left our driveway I was so impressed. The salesman was neat and professional. No high pressure sales. The next day our installers were here. The job was complete and cleaned up in 2 hrs. The best part they cleaned everything up. They took our old system and the boxes away. Worth every penny for a trusted company to work in my home.

I thought the sales consultant that came out was excellent. He explained all of our options with no pressure. The installer was both accommodating, thorough and kind. We had the new system installed and functioning in under 24 hours too! Our water finally tases GREAT and we know it is free from contaminants!

My water was tested, results were explained and the system that fit our results was presented. We agreed on the system and price and set a date for installation. Project was completed on time by a technician that knows what he is doing. Very professional installation. It’s only been in several days so can’t express satisfaction on results at this time.

The guy that came and did my free water test was really awesome and informative. He was really thorough with explaining everything, and made sure to give me all the options I had if I did was to get a filtration system. The guy that actually came and my installation was also really awesome. He went through and explained what each thing did, how they worked, how many filters there are and how frequently they need servicing. I came out of this way more knowledgeable about water filtration, and I’m really satisfied with how things have been since. I got the install a couple weeks ago, and I can see, feel, and taste the difference. I also love that they have financing options so you don’t have to worry about renting one. I didn’t want to waste money every month going to something I’ll never own. Now I have great water and more home equity. Will absolutely use them again if I move in the future.

The filtration system seems to be giving me clean water. Unfortunately, my water pressure is really low. The installation person did not discuss this with me or give me any advice about it.

No issues whatsoever. Salesman was professional and knowledgeable. The installer was fast, thorough and very knowledgeable.

The total experience with Leaf Home Water Solutions was great. I've been a 20 plus year customer of Rainsoft whole house water treatment systems but decided to have an initial consultation with Leaf Home Water Solutions after my research of the company and their products. The individual I met with was knowledgeable, attentive to what I expressed as the specifics desired in a treatment system and provided options to meet my demands. I now have a system that I'm very pleased with; and got it at a great price. Lastly, I must acknowledge the professionalism and expertise of the individual who installed my unit; he was awesome and the installation looks like a work of art.

Leaf Home Water showed me how much unhealthy water we drink from city sources. They installed a reverse osmosis system for me, and my water tastes so much better. Since it is my go to beverage, I now know that what I am drinking is healthier for my body. I am pleased with the unit and their service.

The technicians did a great job. They showed on time, completed the installation without a hitch and cleaned up after themselves. They walked me through the system and made me feel comfortable that I could call with any future questions. Can't wait to see how much better the water is!
