Hi I Bought this Acer Iconia M10-11 MediaTek MT8183 4GB RAM 128GB Storage 10.1" Tablet - Rose Gold for my daughter and I am so pleased with it 'cause it does what she wants it to do,She had an older samsung Tablet but it was slow & therefore she kept pinching my Tablet and I was getting frustrated with it al, the Acer tablet is all the rage for her and is the bee's knees it does what ever she wants it to do and keeps her happy she tells me she "is so chuffed with it that it is the best tablet she has ever had." I order and SSD drive took them a week to tell me it wasn't in stock after I emailed them twice. Took ages to refund me, then suprise, suprise the same item is advertised as being in stock but they've increased the price by 20%. Seems to be a common theme with some of these laptop/ components companies. Had a similar experience with BoX co.

"I have had the worst experience with Laptop Outlet. I bought a monitor that is completely DEFECTIVE with severe Backlight Bleeding and Missing Speakers. ​For 3 consecutive days, I waited at home for a DPD collection that never happened. I was tracking the driver on the live map, yet they lied in the system saying 'nothing to collect'. Despite my complaints, the customer service (Harry) keeps giving empty assurances and has now pushed the collection to February 2nd without any compensation for my wasted time. ​I have already frozen my payment with Klarna. Do not buy from this company unless you want to waste your time and money on faulty goods and incompetent logistics

I bought a refurbished ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 from this company. It arrived earlier today. It restarts automatically every 30 mins and is as slow as hell. An absolute disaster is I need to be up and running tomorrow. I spent £1.8k on this laptop and it's frankly disrespectful to customers to send them a machine in this state. I'm highly stressed out about this purchase.

Smooth transaction. The HDD arrived packed heavily in bubble wrap, probably ok for transport but a bit worried as I know how the mail gets thrown around.
