Awful customer experience

I order and SSD drive took them a week to tell me it wasn't in stock after I emailed them twice. Took ages to refund me, then suprise, suprise the same item is advertised as being in stock but they've increased the price by 20%. Seems to be a common theme with some of these laptop/ components companies. Had a similar experience with BoX co.
