I bought a refurbished ASUS ROG…

I bought a refurbished ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 from this company. It arrived earlier today. It restarts automatically every 30 mins and is as slow as hell. An absolute disaster is I need to be up and running tomorrow. I spent £1.8k on this laptop and it's frankly disrespectful to customers to send them a machine in this state. I'm highly stressed out about this purchase.
