"I have had the worst experience with…

"I have had the worst experience with Laptop Outlet. I bought a monitor that is completely DEFECTIVE with severe Backlight Bleeding and Missing Speakers. ​For 3 consecutive days, I waited at home for a DPD collection that never happened. I was tracking the driver on the live map, yet they lied in the system saying 'nothing to collect'. Despite my complaints, the customer service (Harry) keeps giving empty assurances and has now pushed the collection to February 2nd without any compensation for my wasted time. ​I have already frozen my payment with Klarna. Do not buy from this company unless you want to waste your time and money on faulty goods and incompetent logistics
