I still haven’t received my boots it’s been 2 weeks, no one has emailed me back! I be emailed several times! I ordered boots on the the 13th of this month

I’m gutted about this because I love the style of shoes here but the sizing is way too small, I ordered my usual size(11) like I would anywhere else and I couldn’t even get my heel in the shoe. They’re not good for wider feet either, very very narrow. The “bigger” size selection is very limited on the website as well. For some reason they only do bigger shoe sizes in heeled shoes and not the trainers etc which is weird because it’s like they’re under the assumption anyone over a size 8/9 can only wear heels. We also like trainers/flat shoes! 🥲

The best product and customer support experience so far! I've purchased those amazing pieces mostly because they fit my look so good. I wasn't expecting anything, even tho they are quite expensive for not being leather, but I wanted the design so bad that I wouldn't mind the price. First of all, I just received them and to be honest, they scream quality. They are heavy, chonky (exactly like I want them), the support they give me us top. I would have loved them to be a bit more spacious inside and maybe a bit higher cover of the heel (I heel that they cover my heel a bit weird), but none of those are a deal breaker, only feedback! I absolutely love the design, the colors and everything about them. Highly recommend. (I purchased the froggy woggy trainers) Second of all, the customer support was absolutely top 🔝. I had issues with the shipping cause I've ordered them internationally in Romania and seems like the company that delivered my package, lost it. So I mailed the customer support and they been so friendly and helpful. They acknowledged my problem and offered me a full refund or the possibility to deliver them again and obviously I wanted my shoes haha, so they made another order in my name, fully discounted, made sure they deliver this time with another trust worthy company and gave me a compensation for the trouble as well (cause it was a month of waiting 😅). But overall, so friendly and quick to response. I had my emotions with this order, cause I haven't ordered from them until now, but I can assure everyone that the experience, even if it was long, was totally worth it. And I love my new froggy shoes, will totally match them with my froggy earrings, backpack and tattoo haha. Strongly recommended, I will purchase again.

My package was lost by Royal Mail, but as soon as I contacted Koi, they immediately answered me and offered me to wait for a week due to Royal Mail's policy. But as soon as I told them that the shoes were gift for my wife, they went ahead and gifted me free pair (which unfortunately I couldn't claim as I would be away on a honeymoon and had to turn down their gift) therefore they did not hesitate to process refund for my order. Truly wonderful customer service. I have not seen similar service anywhere. They wished me all the best on my honeymoon. They are so sweet and kind! Greatest recommendations!

I am a regular customer of Koi because I love the unusual designs. The quality of the footwear is good, and the one time I did have a problem with a sandal, it was dealt with quickly and fairly.

I do understand the reason for it, but the returns policy puts me off ordering from Koi again. Having to pay postage and then also pay for the return meant I paid £7 just to try a pair of shoes on. I’d probably not take the risk again, although the service overall was good!

I've never bought shoes from the UK before (US girlie here) so I was a bit nervous about the sizing but they fit like a dream! I've gotten so many compliments on them already and I feel like a living Bratz doll every time I put them on. Shipping was fast, packaging was perfect, and the shoes are SO comfy. I've already bought a second pair of Koi shoes and will deffo keep coming back for more 🙈
