Quiero devolver unos zapatos. Hice la devolución a través de su web, me cobraron 15€ y dijeron que me enviarían la etiqueta de devolución para poder enviarlos por correo. Los 15 € los cobraron en ese mismo instante. Ha pasado una semana y aún no han enviado la etiqueta. He escrito 10 mensajes y no contestan. Los zapatos son bonitos pero el servicio de devolución es pésimo. Creo que nadie lee los emails, o si lo hacen, no se molestan en contestar. He intentado llamar por teléfono y el número no existe. Estoy desesperada, ya no sé que más hacer

Inadmissible... les retours ne sont pas gratuits, il faut payer 15.99€ pour renvoyer les chaussures peut importe la raison du retour. Cela devrait être indiqué avant l'achat !! Je ne rachètera plus sur ce site.

fantastic boots great fit and pics don't do them justice

Great brand. The customer service is absolutely stellar! The boots shipped quickly, but I ended up with the wrong size - through no fault of them. After I contacted customer support, they were super quick to help me and within a day they send me a new pair of boots ♥️

Had some problems with my delivery but everything ended up being solved. The shoes are great!

Ordering was easy, with updates about my order. The trainers are true to size and light to wear and go well with my baggy jeans and trousers.

It took more than expected to arrive because they made a mistake and after I asked for my shoes they had to make me a new order and it took longer than the time they claim, after that, the carrier (asendia) also had a problem with labels.. was an absolute stress. Also they did not responded me back (KOI). However, the shoes did arrive in time for my wedding (thank goodness) and I absolutely love them. They are cute, comfortable and came in good condition. Thank you

Great shoes but they do run large! I’m usually a 4 but had to send these back and get a size 3 instead. got deducted some of the price refunded for delivery back to them so ended up paying for 3 deliveries 😅. Returns should be free!

Fantastiska skor! Dottern är jättenöjd! Vi valde en storlek större än vanligt och det var troligen ett klokt val! Nu är skorna något för stora, men då borde hon kunna ha dem ett tag.

The boots are comfortable, look amazing and are true to the size listed. If you are looking for nice and comfortable boots that give you a super cool vibe look no further. I will be buying from here again!

I received my order and the shoes are super pretty, unfortunately I ordered a pair in the wrong size and once I found the phone number on the Koi website I reached out and they sent a link for me to return the shoes via Royal Mail. It was a very easy process with the parcel being collected the next day. Once I have received my refund I will definitely be buying the boots in the correct size.

Not gonna lie, I'm quite disappointed in these shoes. When the shoes arrived I was thrilled to open the box, but when I did they looked a little cheap. I thought that maybe I was just imagining it, but then after literally a couple weeks/a month of wearing them it started to get holes on the inside, where my toes lay. Generally I walk about 6000/7000 steps a day which could be a lot comparing to an average American, but that doesn't justify the fact they only lasted a month without beginning to break. They are still wearable but kinda uncomfortable. I'm putting 3 stars only because the general look of the shoes at least It's pretty.

I havent worn them yet, as i've ordered them for a wedding in September, but they look very very nice, and i love the fact that they're from collab with the rocky horror picture show. I only put 4 stars because i'm a little skeptical about the quality of the product, will it last more than one wedding or not? I'll have to wait and see. However, as a person who doesn't wear heels, like ever, they're very comfortable (at least for the 10 mins i wore them) and easy to walk with.
