I was nervous about placing an order in light of the negative reviews, and it appears this website has a bunch of duplicates under different urls? Regardless, the customer service was superb (used via chat) and my order arrived from the US to the UK in about a week. Would recommend - very pleased!
Tried to order a T shirt. It was wrong image to description to ref number. Brought it to your attention. I sent photos of wring item and the correct item, you offered to resend. It’s taken weeks and the same error has occurred, despite the fact I asked you to check.
So normally I don't have any issues buying from this store or the other shops from Fanatics, but 2 orders in a row I received shirts that are different then displayed at the content. The first order they really helped me out and accepted there offer. Yet again I received a shirt with similar issues including a number thats has been a little off stitched. After contacted the customer service several times now, and ask them how to fix this, they say "we will look into this" and after that they stop replying me? This not how you treat any customer i've been nothing but friendly, and I think if the customer service not replying it is truly unrespectful!

They did not deliver my product and sent me emails telling me it’s still being shipped, then told me it’s my fault as I hadn’t contacted them within 45 days of a package not being delivered. Absolute joke customer service. Do yourself a massive favour and don’t buy from them!

had a very rude english gentleman, basically hang up on me after he kept on evading my question. "when will you send item once I have ordered?" Finally got an answer to say"We will send the day you order." I said "thankyou, thats the main question I wanted answered." he then said, "Look I dont think we want to sell to you because no matter what we do I don't think you will be happy" Now I can understand he may get difficult customers, but I sure wasn't, just didn't want to get burnt. I just had a bad experience where the clothing company online didn't send my product after ordering and was hoping to replicate the clothing from kitbag. Most disappointing.

Fast delivery, item as described. Not sure where the negative reviews have come from, my item arrived in 3 days. Would use again.

Bought a baseball jersey and it was delivered to wrong address the photo supplied by royalmail to say it jad been delivered was not my house emailed kitbag it's now 5 days later and still no reply
