I was nervous about placing an order in light of the negative reviews, and it appears this website has a bunch of duplicates under different urls? Regardless, the customer service was superb (used via chat) and my order arrived from the US to the UK in about a week. Would recommend - very pleased!
Tried to order a T shirt. It was wrong image to description to ref number. Brought it to your attention. I sent photos of wring item and the correct item, you offered to resend. It’s taken weeks and the same error has occurred, despite the fact I asked you to check.
So normally I don't have any issues buying from this store or the other shops from Fanatics, but 2 orders in a row I received shirts that are different then displayed at the content. The first order they really helped me out and accepted there offer. Yet again I received a shirt with similar issues including a number thats has been a little off stitched. After contacted the customer service several times now, and ask them how to fix this, they say "we will look into this" and after that they stop replying me? This not how you treat any customer i've been nothing but friendly, and I think if the customer service not replying it is truly unrespectful!

Service client complètement inexistant et à la ramasse. Le SAV qui me confirme par mail que mes frais de port du retour seront rembourser (12,30€ pour du relais colis c’est exorbitant) même si je dois les n’avancer à mes frais. Plus 1 mois pour ce faire rembourser un retour de commande… et pas de remboursement pour les frais de retour débourser. Cela fais chère pour un tableau de taille ne correspondant pas a la réalité du maillot.

Don’t normally leave reviews, but after reading all the bad ones I thought I’d share my experience. I purchased a top on Sunday, got an email Monday saying it had been dispatched, then an email from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered Wednesday, which is was, nice top too, delivered very quickly👍🏻

I ordered a trainer from them. I immediately realised that I ordered the wrong size. When I tried to edit the order, they refused saying that it was shipped already, even though I just ordered it minutes before. it's now a week since I ordered and the status in the order hasn't changed, literally saying "data received", clearly not shipped. When I contact customer services, they are friendly but useless as all they say "order is shipped" but they are not able to provide evidence or exact status of where my order is!

Beware when ordering trading cards. Although you think you can order a numbered megatin you can’t they are picked at random. Also my final order although it arrived in a white sealed Jiffy bag which was inside a sealed grey bag, the booster tin I ordered was empty. However customer services were spot on and sent a replacement. I won’t order again so I don’t have to go through this again .

Segunda vez que compro en la tienda. Me ha costado un montón contactar con vosotros, debería de ser mas fácil. Los gastos de devolución elevados, entiendo que cobreis pero 15€ me parece excesivo, con no pasar de 10€ sabiendo que es fuera de España lo vería razonable. Los precios de la web son buenos y la ropa original merece la pena, volveré a comprar.

Girl this shop had me on the floor. Good price, good packaging and extremely fast delivery? Like damn, said it would arrived between 9th-19th of may when I ordered on the 5th. Turns up at my door on the 7th! I was nervous it wouldn’t arrive on time for the birthday girl I was gonna give it to after reading other reviews but y’all be tripping.
