We won't be using Kenwood Travel again. Whilst the staff seemed pleasant enough when assisting with the choice and booking of our Caribbean holiday, once we had paid things weren't so great. Emails not answered in a timely manner and WORSE - we heard via social media that Hyatt had taken over our Hilton hotel one month before departure. We asked our agent if everything was okay with our booking and THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. Then, when checking in online with British Airways before flight, the time was changed and was ONE HOUR earlier than the information Kenwood had sent us. Again, THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW and so we would have missed our flight if we had not checked. All we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience" email when we drew it to their attention - missing a flight from LGW to the Caribbean would have been more than an "inconvenience". Finally, their agents overseas are AmStar. They were RUBBISH. Chaos at the airport, didn't turn up for the scheduled "meet and greet" and never bothered to give us our pick up time (supposed to be 24/48 hours before pick up). It never arrived and we had to urgently email Kenwood in the "hope" that someone would let us know. NOT GOOD ENOUGH from a company specialising in trips of a lifetime.
Experience made really simple with Carole Banks looking after my every question and concern. Highly recommend for the excellent holiday rates and superb customer service.

As a regular customer we are used to a good website to work from and the usual excellent service and attention from the customer focused staff and this was no exemption.
I thought that I was booking with couples negril direct, but seem to have booked through kenwood travel? Also when I phoned up to get the best price I was quoted hundreds of pounds more?
Kenwood Travel couldn’t be beaten on price. We did lots of research on hotels in Thailand and Aaron was on hand to give sound advice about our choices of hotel and locations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thanks so much!
Had a nightmare getting exactly the holiday I wanted so did some e mailing direct to resort in jamaica sorted it then booked through kenwood 😁 couldn’t thank Aaron enough having cards declined and taking him way over his finish time to sort it. He was so calm and understanding but me omg meltdown . Got it sorted tho and would just like to say thank you 🙏
Booking our Honeymoon for August 2025. The level of service and support I/we have received from Carole is extraordinary. Nothing has been too much trouble. Even when I mislay emails, Carole has always rung me back and pointed me in the right direction to the email or simply resent what I may have lost by accident. Nothing I say could be too much praise. 10plus/10
I use Kenwood where possible for long haul holidays as they seem to have the greatest flexibility when choosing flights, especially if you want to upgrade one way but not both. You can also usually find direct flights that don't show up on Virgin or BA's site direct. If you have to call them for help, they're on the ball and super friendly. Zeb sorted my seat query in seconds today.
