BEWARE! SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH
We won't be using Kenwood Travel again. Whilst the staff seemed pleasant enough when assisting with the choice and booking of our Caribbean holiday, once we had paid things weren't so great. Emails not answered in a timely manner and WORSE - we heard via social media that Hyatt had taken over our Hilton hotel one month before departure. We asked our agent if everything was okay with our booking and THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. Then, when checking in online with British Airways before flight, the time was changed and was ONE HOUR earlier than the information Kenwood had sent us. Again, THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW and so we would have missed our flight if we had not checked. All we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience" email when we drew it to their attention - missing a flight from LGW to the Caribbean would have been more than an "inconvenience". Finally, their agents overseas are AmStar. They were RUBBISH. Chaos at the airport, didn't turn up for the scheduled "meet and greet" and never bothered to give us our pick up time (supposed to be 24/48 hours before pick up). It never arrived and we had to urgently email Kenwood in the "hope" that someone would let us know. NOT GOOD ENOUGH from a company specialising in trips of a lifetime.

Nothing beats a bit of human interaction…
Was trying to book online but decided that it would be better with a bit of human interaction, especially as the booking is for our 25th wedding anniversary. I gave them a call and spoke with a wonderful lady Lai Yap. She was friendly, infectiously happy and informative. She couldn’t do enough to ensure that I got everything I wanted and needed. She also managed to get us an extra night for free!!!!!

The service from the team (Carole) was absolutely superb. She engaged with the hotel and ensured our agreed confirmation was honoured. It was also impressive that Carole supported me for our first holiday to Barbados in 2016. Her knowledge and personal endorsement of my hotel choices gave me confidence to book. I have used Kenwood for well over 10+ years and would chose no other company.

Experienced Travel Agents
This is the first time we have used Kenwood Travel, I found them on line, we were looking to book an Holiday to Thailand and Kenwood Travel came out on top especially with price and all different area’s of Thailand, plus a lot of different Hotels. We went ahead and booked the Holiday with them, their Website was so easy to use and understand. They have confirmed everything on booking is correct, so I will say WELL DONE and THANKYOU.
