BEWARE! SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH
We won't be using Kenwood Travel again. Whilst the staff seemed pleasant enough when assisting with the choice and booking of our Caribbean holiday, once we had paid things weren't so great. Emails not answered in a timely manner and WORSE - we heard via social media that Hyatt had taken over our Hilton hotel one month before departure. We asked our agent if everything was okay with our booking and THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. Then, when checking in online with British Airways before flight, the time was changed and was ONE HOUR earlier than the information Kenwood had sent us. Again, THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW and so we would have missed our flight if we had not checked. All we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience" email when we drew it to their attention - missing a flight from LGW to the Caribbean would have been more than an "inconvenience". Finally, their agents overseas are AmStar. They were RUBBISH. Chaos at the airport, didn't turn up for the scheduled "meet and greet" and never bothered to give us our pick up time (supposed to be 24/48 hours before pick up). It never arrived and we had to urgently email Kenwood in the "hope" that someone would let us know. NOT GOOD ENOUGH from a company specialising in trips of a lifetime.

Honeymoon to Bali/Lombok
From the moment I enquired about my niece’s honeymoon I received nothing but great service from Kenwood Travel Stephanie Armsby at Kenwood was first class, knowledgeable, professional and dealt with all my queries and date changes. I would thoroughly recommend her and her Company to anyone looking for a holiday.

I will take this opportunity to show my gratitude and appreciation for Carole Banks - Carribean Specialist! Carole worked hard to meet our wedding booking needs with diligence and thoughtfulness. Carole went over and beyond, nothing ever too much, carefully providing considerate recommendations that helped us save money - from upgraded seating options to transfers. Carole was patient and highly professional when taking a plethora of calls (sometimes in one day back and forth). No question or concern was made to feel silly. Carole has helped a stressful situation become a successful outcome! Carole’s cheery and refreshing vibe made all the difference at the other end of the phone. I will certainly use Kenwood travel as a first port of call for any future bookings moving forward. Carole is truly an asset to the company!

Superb experience with Kenwood
So happy we picked Kenwood. We struggled on an island and Lai Yap gave us great advice throughout and found perfect flights. The holiday was impeccably organised. We would certainly book again and would love Lai to be able to organise all our bookings! Thanks to Kenwood and the team.
