I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I purchased this product just over a month ago and used it once. Shortly after, it began malfunctioning. As an international customer making my first purchase with this company, I had high expectations—especially considering the premium price point. When the issue began, I followed every request from customer service: I sent videos, photos, and detailed explanations. I spent weeks, which is a considerable amount of time, going back and forth, clearly outlining the issue and asking—pleading, even—for the level of customer service one would expect with a high-end product and certainly not how I would ever treat one of my clients. Unfortunately, instead of being offered a replacement or proper support, I was told I would need to pay nearly $50 (plus international shipping) for a part they believe may have malfunctioned. Keep in mind, this device was used once with Extreme care. The entire experience has left me frustrated and incredibly disappointed. I felt unheard and undervalued as a customer. This was my first purchase with the company—and sadly, it will be my last. Please buyer beware.
