No hassles, very easy.

Pickup was fast and easy. Driver was courteous. He took the time to evaluate and assess if he might damage the area where the car was parked (long story). He took all precautions. The process was seamless.

What made the experience great was that I was able to leave my car for the company to pick up with my key and the title in the glove box, and I didn’t have to wait for the tow truck to get to my destination, so I was able to head off to work. The company is doing a really great job in giving people chances to have cars that they can use to get from Point A to Point B when they can’t afford to buy a car for themselves.

People were very easy to deal with and very pleasant to speak to.

The online sign up was very user friendly! the scheduling and pickup was timely!

It was easy, but made much easier by my mechanic who managed the process. Communication in the process was weak and I had a couple of hiccups -- my tag wasn't removed and I had to chase it. I was also a bit disappointed by the ultimate sales price. I had a higher offer and could have just sold it. But I like your mission, so I decided to give it away.
