First time I have used Kars4Kids and it was incredibly simple. We had all the docs and keys for the vehicle. Removed the license plate, vehicle was on a flatbed and gone in less than 10 minutes. Service and communication were terrific!

I purchased a home and the seller left an old car that wouldn't start in the garage. I used the Kars4Kids website to start the donation process on Jan 28 and they had someone pick up the car two days later. Their service was superb and once the car had been auctioned off I received a tax receipt for the donation. It doesn't get any easier than this!

The on-line process was easy and straightforward. There was a little delay in getting contact from the towing company, but the holidays were intervening so no big deal. The tow company came as promised and was fast and professional. Good information to guide me through the process! Thanks so much!

Super easy process, and saved me the cost and hassle of having to dispose of our wrecked car. They expedited the pick up and coordinated with the wrecker company to save me storage fees. I'd give them 6 stars, if it was an option.

Super easy to coordinate the entire process. Great communication throughout the pick up and the status of the vehicle. They sent me confirmation emails and receipts from vehicle pickup, transfer and completed delivery. I received the sale receipt and paperwork for my taxes within the estimated window. Glad I could be a part of helping such a wonderful program!
