The Company did an excellent job! The process was very simple and easy to follow.

Car was picked up on time and without my assistance. Communications helped quite a bit.

The initial towing company was not able to get the car out safely from our driveway, but thanks for the diligence of your employees a new towing company was contact where they were able to safely access the car.

They called telling when they would arrive to pickup the vehicle. They arrived during the time frame they told me. They uploaded the vehicle and were on their way. The Tow truck operator was friendly and professional.

They can't even coordinate two vehicles to be picked up in over one week. That speaks volumes on how unorganized they truly are. Let alone that they supplied me via email with someone's personal cellphone number that has been working at the Children's Hospital for well over 20 years as a contact. She has absolutely nothing to do with this establishment, nor has she ever heard of them.

Kars 4 Kids are scammers. Most donations go to Jewish/Israeli camps via a sister non-profit called Oorah.org Many lawsuits and convictions since 2009 but K4K never corrected their false advertising. Also majority of the donations go in "Admin" fees! You can find more details on the CharityWatch site or search "kars 4 kids charitywatch". Don't encourage scammers even thought government seem to turn a blind eye.
