Quick response we had contacted Goodwill and waited 5 days. We then saw a commercial for cars our kids. The car was pretty much gone in 5 days.

The process was very easy to follow and if I had any questions they were kind enough to take the time to explain it until I understood what needed to be done. Everyone was very professional as well. Thank you for making a tough time in our lives a bit easier.

It was so simple. Filled out a form online. Took like 2 minutes. They contacted me. Set up a pickup time. Boom done. And you get a vacation voucher. NICE!

Everything about my experience was great. The fast and easy online form, to the individuals I talked to, whether on line or the phone. Scheduling the pickup that was convenient for me. Great tow driver, if he didn't have an answer to my question, he called the office to get it. Second time donating a vehicle to Kars4Kids. Will defiantly make more donations in the future.

Pick-up was on time, respectful, and professional. I very much appreciated that my car was transported by flatbed rather than towed. Everyone with whom I interacted at Kars4Kids was helpful and informative.

EASY COMMUNICATION WITH REPS. EVERYTHING CLEARLY EXPLAINED. PICKED UP CAR WITHIN A WEEK; TOWING SERVICE OPERATOR WAS POLITE, EXPERIENCED. NO PROBLEMS WITH LARGE OLDER CAR BEING TOWED OUT OF OUR BARN.

VERY SMOOTH process. Impressed at how fast it happened and even over a weekend!! Communication level was perfect. Tow driver picking up vehicle was very polite and courteous and most importantly ON TIME. Fantastic process and easy to navigate. Also, liked the reminder emails regarding turning in plates, notifying insurance company and DMV which kept me on task on my side.

The overall experience was very positive, from the initial contact, to discussing the process and the value of my car, and ultimately to my car being picked-up. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous, helpful, and appreciative. This is the second car I was involved in donating... both experiences were excellent!

This was a boat and trailer donation that was made super easy. I had lots of help from the staff to make the legal transfer and then help from the yard workers to park and offload the trailer.
