Ease of the Process
I appreciated the fact on how we could get the process completed. Ours was a little complicated and the agency talked me through the steps on how to get to final result. I also appreciated the fact on Kars for Kids handles the whole pickup process. There was a very little effort on my part to have to do anything. Happy about that!
