Tow truck driver was helpful with getting the car out of driveway and filling out info on the title. Customer service reps were prompt with particular questions I had about the car I donated. Helpful, friendly & as soon as I filled out the pickup date the voucher and credit was emailed and received same day.

The whole process was very easy. Clear instructions.

The pick up of the car was very easy to set. The holidays did cause some delay initially, but I was warned as I was scheduling it. Communication overall was great, and the tow truck driver was accommodating and mindful.

Kars4Kids is a great platform for giving forward. Their purpose for service was most appealing to me when I decided to donate my car because of all the help and support they provide to the most vulnerable in our population. Anything that helps the next generation is always a virtue in my eyes. They were professional from start to end. Staff is friendly and professional. I received my tax-receipt and vacation voucher as promised and I wish them continued success with this wonderful mission to help kids.

Great customer service

All arrangements including Release of Liability required by DMV were handled by Kars4Kids, excluding the actual pick-up of the vehicle which only required one phone call to the tow company. They were also excellent. Tow driver called me to confirm pick-up 40 mins. before arriving, and he was very professional and nice as well. Overall this was a good experience.

K4K made this an easy process. It was hard to let go of my vehicle but I knew I was doing the right thing. The driver stayed in contact with me and handled my car with care.
