Kars4Kids Car Donation

I had a challenging situation, and Kars4Kids worked with me every step of the way.

Like most charities that accept vehicles as a donation, the process was quite easy and efficient! This organization had all their ducks in a row during the initial donation process from taking your information to scheduling your donated vehicle for pickup! Plenty of emails sent to me (donor) for confirmation and information, very good! However, this is where the organization drops the ball! Poor communication during day of pickup to actual receipt your tax donation letter/info. and “travel voucher”! Plan on being proactive contacting them to get the latter information as they simply do not follow up to the end! The “vacation voucher” the donor receives looks second rate and appears poorly underwritten!! Good Luck

It was perfect. They were great people that came and it all went smoothly. They assured me the car was off my hands and donated to Kars4Kids.

My experience with Kars4Kids could not have been better. Everyone I worked with was kind, efficient, and patient. This is a first class operation. Six stars on a scale of five!

Everything was well organized! This is the third donation I've given because I love doing something for children and Kars4Kids is allowing me to do that.

You made it easy to do very painless came home to vehicle was gone 2 weeks later I got my receipt wish I had more cars to donate

Weather was terrible, but pick up occurred on time and was accomplished in a professional manner.

I had a hard deadline to remove my late husband's very old non-running car. (The acute Covid-19 era was not kind to my household). After contacting a few other entities who did not/would not/could not help me, I called 'Kars4Kids'. After all this, I wasn't sure what to expect, and time was getting short. But the operator took my info and was friendly and helpful--ditto for the towing company that picked up the car---they answered all my questions and came on the earlier side of the day and time window promised, & by my deadline, which was awesome. Made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I recommend donating your unwanted car to 'Kars4Kids', and it's a good cause, too! Thanks to Kars4Kids!
