Customer service with those who work at and support Kars for Kids was wonderful. From the 1st contact who explained everything in detail, follow up emails and texts, contact with the tow company to the wonderful gentleman who picked up the car, I was satisfied. (He was fun and pretty cool!) Everyone was personable and friendly.

The driver called me two times before he arrived keeping me updated on his ETA. He processed the paperwork quickly and loaded the truck quickly.

My donation experience was GREAT with your staff! Thank you for all of your follow up and professional support. This car was bought new in 1986 by my Mother. She love this little auto, and I bought it from her when she went into a Nursing Home. I use it for business for about 12 years, then we gave it to our son to use when he was a cadet at the US Air Force Adadamey. The our little car came back to NY when he went off to pilot training in 2001. At this point I gave it to my Grandson to use for High School. So after all of this very useful life, my Mom's car was driven by her "Great" Grandson to school! I hope our cute little Saab will benefit all you do at Kars4Kids! God Bless, Ray
