My driver Joe was very helpful
My driver Joe was very helpful, comforting and funny. Although I did an unattended pick up, he did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of my car. I appreciated his top tier customer service !!

Everything went well until…
Everything went well until after the van was picked up. I’m still trying to explain to Peddle that they have the vehicle when they think that they don’t! They probably got confused because they were writing to me, but the vehicle was at my sister’s house.

Quick and efficient
What made my experience great was how fast the company was able to reach back out to me about wanting to donate my Prius. They email you everything you need to know and they had someone pick up the car later that week! It was very simple.

Once I decided to donate my vehicle to Kars4Kids, they were very responsive both via email and telephone. They scheduled the pick up of my old vehicle based at my convenience which I really appreciated. They made the process very simple and easy. I would recommend this organization to anyone!
