I find it easier to read and answer questions online as it is made clear
They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

Covered all my existing medical conditions for a very reasonable price. Have used them for a number of years now.

We are still fighting to get all our expenses back from Rightpath claims. We are not happy. We are getting final demands for medical expenses where the medical bills have not been paid. Mayday Assistance. Husband taken ill in USA. Hospitalised for the whole of va action and beyond having to stay in hospital. Our fly drive holiday was lost stopped cancelled and we could not enjoy our holiday. Loss of enjoyment. We have been put in financial difficulty. We have had unnecessary stress due to the actions and lack of empathy from Mayday Assistance husband discharged and left stranded in USA. Had to get him home ourselves. No help. Now the medical bills are not being paid and we are being hounded. We are over 60 years old and the stress is causing us distress. We are put in a worse position than we originally were due to all this from Mayday and Rightpath claims acting for JustTravel cover. We paid yearly policy worldwide multi trip policy we need help now and my husband is still not well and does not need the added stress. Why? 9

Had to cancel due to the BA pilot strike. Tour operator and Gatwick Parking were prompt with refunds. Travel insurance was a different story. Advised Just Travel that we were not travelling two weeks before the policy cam into force but they still retained a whopping 60% of the premium. All they did was email a policy. I would not use them again and could not recommend them.

I asked a friend who she uses when she travels abroad. She said Just Travel. I phoned up and not impressed with the person who answered me. She kept twisting what I said. I was not happy with her attitude and went back to my other travel insurer who had more pleasant staff.

Presently very unhelpful in actioning support. My 87 year old mother In law is in hospital in Sicily following a fall and suffering a brain injury. Poor support from this company. Sister in law having to pay for car hire as she is travelling between accommodation and hospital 4 times per day, not covered they say, but taxis would be dearer. Over £7.5k spent so far and no indicator of medivac to UK hospital this has been ongoing for 2 weeks. They are telling family they are responsible for obtaining medical reports! No Italian spoken. Somebody in this company needs to hang their head in shame. Happily took the premiums for years, when needed they are found to be tardy and lacking empathy.

Having spent almost £500 for world insurance from Just Travel I naively thought I was covered for any calamities arising from travel problems. A flight in New Zealand was cancelled due to weather with the result we missed our tour connection, missed two days of tour which included sightseeing, travel, transfers and accommodation, and had to pay for additional alternative accommodation and travel to get to next catch up stop. As a consequence we lost £1000. Despite time consuming appeals etc the bottom line was that you have to read the small print and get out clauses. No redress whatsoever because it turns out the policy only covers main flights out and back – I wrongly made assumption (as most of us would I suspect) that all travel on the trip was covered. So be warned –I won’t be using them again, but if you do “buyer beware” and make sure you read the small print. You might not be covered at all!

Applied on line for my travel insurance and received the best quote compared to other company’s. Spoke to a advisor over the phone to make sure I was totally covered for my holiday and received excellent customer service, with clear and positive information. Overall an excellent service.

One of the most functional, high speed, unempathic phone calls I have ever had with an insurance company. Despite numerous requests to "Please, slow down" there was no real attempt to do so... It felt intimidatory... Disappointing service
