I phoned to renew my travel insurance…
I phoned to renew my travel insurance policy and to update our pre-existing medical details. I was dealt with by a lovely young lady who was cheerful throughout the fairly long phone call. I mention this because it must get quite tedious and boring to have to ask the same questions over and over with all the customers they deal with, but she really made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me. Fortunately, we have never had to claim on our policy, but I am sure that any claim would be dealt with efficiently should we have to.
