It's only when you make a claim that you really experience the service
I have used these for several holidays and have now made my first claim. I had an injury whilst on holiday in Fuerteventura. I went to a local private clinic, saw a doctor and the injury was tended to. They also gave me a prescription for medication which I had to purchase myself. I went back on two subsequent days for antibiotics and dressing changes. Just Travel Cover gave me a claim reference and details of their claim handlers which I gave to the clinic, I paid my excess and that was it! When I returned home I sent my medication invoice to the claim handlers and they refunded this by transfer within a couple of days. I doubt whether you can better this service.

Normally take out a policy for a year…
Normally take out a policy for a year but as I am going on a cruise in August the person I spoke to advised a one off policy as it would work out cheaper . Over the moon with the help and advice I was given top advice .

Experience is rated on my dealing with staff at the purchase level. The staff were wonderful so helpful and kind. I did once make a small claim and again found everyone very efficient but kind.

I have now lost access to my account…
I have now lost access to my account with one of the old policies on it, and a policy I purchased under my log in for my son is also attached to my policy on that account. I think it is ridiculous that I have no access to a policy I purchased, with no warning given to me at the time of purchase.

Helpful hassle free insurance
Had a very good experience with Just Travel Cover. I had to phone through for my policy and the lady I spoke to could not have any more been friendlier and helpful!! She took me through the questions and helped me when I wasn't sure and we ended up covered for our holiday for a lot less money than I had imagined it would cost! In fact the Gold Tier was less than a pound more that where the travel agents were starting with their quote! Based on my experience I would have no issues at all in highly recommending them! Great Service, Great Product, Great Price!
