Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

We received exceptional service from the JS Law during buying our house. The conveyancer, Dear Esma Ali was assigned to our case was not only very nice but also incredibly experienced. She guided us through every step of the conveyancing process with professionalism and expertise. The App We both used also was quite user friendly. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Truly dreadful service. Took 10 days after submitting our source of finance for them to tell us they didn't have Legal & General on their panel. Eas told by conveyancer assigned to us we needed another conveyancer to deal with the financial aspect only. Next conversation we were told we needed a different conveyancer to deal with while purchase side and the next phone call said new conveyancer to deal with whole thing. When we appointed a proper solicitor to deal with sale & purchase, JS Law haven't refunded monies in FULL even though I was told more than once they would. We did our ID checks and had confirmation it was complete. For over a week we had 2 reminders each DAILY to do our ID checks. Turns out the conveyancer hadn't done their end properly. No responses to emails or phone calls. Truly AWFUL company. Choose another company, even if it costs more. 1 star is too much

Minal Patel acted on our behalf for the sale and onward purchase and although we had some challenges along the way ,we feel that Minal was always available to speak to and picked up emails promptly. We felt very supported throughout the whole process and Minal explained every stage and transaction clearly and in a way that we could understand. Appalling Service This was a βno chain saleβ for a first time buyer with an agreed mortgage. The JS Law website indicates that these sales would be likely to be less than three months to complete. It took nearly seven months to complete on this simple sale. This company actually βaddsβ to the strain and stress of buying and selling It was clear from the outset that the conveyancer had zero skills when it came to organisational abilities. Numbered enquiries would be posed to the sellers solicitors, who would send replies, but JS Law had no system in place of acknowledging, logging an answer or even reading them! Thus weeks went by with no action whatsoever from JS Law, until they were chased, then they would ask the same questions that had previously been answered. Everything was actually done to prolong the whole process, by failing to read answers, and repeatedly asking the same questions, they had received answers to months earlier. They managed to miss the exchange date twice. Buyer and Seller were both keen to finalise, it was only JS Law that was determined to slow the entire process down and drag a no chain straight forward purchase into a lengthy and highly frustrating experience.

Bisma Jalal made our experience absolutely seamless & stress-free! She was lovely to speak to & to email with & she's very knowledgeable. Everything was done & chased up in a very timely manner.
