Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

We originally worked woth Faizah Sacranie in 2021 to purchase our flat. We were so happy with the service provided that we requested to work with her again when we decided to sell our flat and buy a new place. We would definitly recommend Faizah, especially for her efficiency, thoroughness and helpfulness throughout the process. When Faizah went on leave, our case was handed over to Khusbhu Bhikhabhai. The transition was seamless, Khush kept up momentum and was equally as efficient and thorough. She understood the urgency of the process and was able to get the sale and purchase through in the requested time frame while also guiding us through the process. Above all, both Faizah and Khush had great communication which made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. We would highly recommend both Faizah and Khush and would definitly use them again in the future.

Irfaan Hafejee was amazing, always available to speak over the phone when required, considering this was my first purchase he simplified it and made it easier to understand. I just bought my first house and I am very grateful and satisfied with the Js law company, especially with me solicitors Chloe who helped me and made my job very easy. For every question I had, I received answers in a timely manner and the agents were very kind and understanding.
